The present work aims at developing a solar panel tracking system (SADA) for small satellites.

This system allows the panels to be oriented towards the position of the Sun, increasing the power generated in orbit. The main objective of the project consists in the selection and design of the different components of the SADA architecture, carrying out a structural analysis for the main components: axis of rotation, bearings and gears of the transmission system.
